I didn't have any interviews to post this week so I decided to share 10 things that make my fitness journey a lot easier. Keep on reading if you are curious!
I think it is now around six months ago that I became an FTF ambassador. I've been following Kendall Strampel (@fearstofit) for a while now and she is one of my biggest inspirations, not only fitness wise but also business wise. She just reached 200k followers which I think is insane! Since I became an ambassador, I was able to learn a lot about her and she is always there to help. I think it's amazing to see her business grow and at the same time, she's offering so much free help with her free challenge she did, her workout videos, YouTube channel, Facebook group and lives... In this interview, we talk a lot about her journey, having an eating disorder, her business, her future goals... and she even shared a business secret!
Frances is a woman I met on Instagram and before this interview, I didn't really know her very well. I thought she looked like an interesting person, especially because she is a fitness instructor, so I decided to interview her. We talk about balancing life, journaling, what to eat when you still live with your parents...
I have been following Axelle for a long time now. I already met her in real life at the Bootytools launch. She's a super enthusiastic girl but unfortunately, her past hasn't always been great. Axelle already wrote a guest blog in March which has been read many times. You can find it if you click here. Unfortunately, it's only available in Dutch since I only started blogging in English a few months ago.
Dorine has always been a person I look up to. Not only does she have a lot of knowledge about training and nutrition, she also has a successful personal training business and she even launched a second business which has also been very successful. In our interview, we talk about being self-employed, launching her business, training clients, bikini prep, booty building...
I've been following James Smith for a while now. A few months ago, I won a giveaway for his membership website. I love all his content so much and that's why I really wanted to interview him. He's a personal trainer and he coaches other personal trainers too! In this article, we will discuss everything about personal coaching, the business side included.

He always posts super valuable captions so that’s why I really wanted to interview him for my blog. We talked about different subjects like personal training, making progress and mindset. 1. Can you tell us something … Continue reading How to make progress in the gym – with Rowin Alfons
