Snack: dried fruit ADYA review

A while ago, I received some packages from ADYA food with dried fruit. In this article I will tell you what I think about them.

The fruits I was able to test were banana, papaya, pineapple, mango and coconut. Adya collaborates with farmers in India, Vietnam and Kalahari. They make sure that the farmers get a fair price for their products.

Pros

Papaya, pineapple and mango are my favourites. All products only have one ingredient and that’s the fruit. This is of course a very good thing. I thought all products were very tasty. Because the products only contain fruit, they are very healthy and the macros are quite good. I talked with someone from the company and I thought he was very friendly! The price of the products is ok. They are available in a lot of different places and you can buy them at physical stores as well as on the internet.

Contras

The packaging should be easy to open without using scissors but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. Like I said, I like the taste but sometimes the fruit is a bit dry.
The banana is very sticky. The macros of the coconut are not so good because coconut naturally contains a lot of fat (that is normal) so make sure you don’t eat too much of it. You can’t find the products in normal supermarkets.

I would definitely recommend the products! I wouldn’t take a deatour to get the products but if I would see them in a store, I would definitely take one with me. They are ideally to eat as a healthy snack.

Love,

Jana
